Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as intimate or sanitary goods. Additional non-returnable items: * Gift cards * Some health and personal care items If you return outside of Finland please contact the customer service to receive instructions. We will search for the best option to return and provide you with necessary paperwork to do so. The refund is free of charge. For the exchanges we implement with consideration. Please contact our customer service if you want to exchange your product. Please note that when returning or replacing the product, it must be in its original condition, including the packaging. The purchase price of the products will be refunded within two weeks of the return. We are happy to help you if the return policy raises questions!
Aliica Kids ships products from Finland and EU-area. If you are also in EU are all the prices include all the taxes and dutis. There will be no extra costs when receiving orders from us. In case you order outside EU-area: Taxes will be deducted from the price at check out so you will pay us 24% less. But please consider that in most cases you will have to pay the taxes upon receiving the goods. You will pay VAT and duties according to the rules of your country. Aliica Kids does not collect or pay these fees. You as a receiver will have to pay them. We only purchase from reliable sources, In the EU and Finland under the most strict legislation. All the items fulfill mandatory directives and standards. On top of that, we are very picky about what we sell! We test, listen and test some more all the time, claims are handled with utmost care. If accidents happen or items fall short on expectations we will do our best to fix the situation.
We have a showroom in Finland and you are free to visit anytime! If our opening hours do not suit you you can make a private appointment! Otherwise, you can test things at home! But please note that you must be careful with items you are not sure about. They need to be in mint condition when returned if you wish to have full refund. Our customer service is happy to help with colours and/or sizes if you need more help!
